So in average, Western Province and Gulf will be experiencing <b>Below Normal (BN)</b> to <b>Normal (N)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day) in the duration of the combined months of Jan-Feb-Mar 2019. <br><br>

<b>Normal (N)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day) is predicted for the entire Highlands Region, though some parts of Southern Highlands will experience <b>Below Normal (BN)</b> daily rainfall in the duration of the combined months Jan-Feb-Mar 2019. <br><br>

<b>Normal (N)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day) is forecasted for Central Province, Milne Bay and Oro. <br><br>

Morobe Province to expect <b>Normal (N)</b> to <b>Above Normal (AN)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day). More specifically, parts of Morobe <b><u>south</u></b> from Lae City, including Lae City, will experience <b>Normal (N)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day) while parts of Morobe <b><u>north</u></b> from Lae City will experience <b>Above Normal (AN)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day). <br><br> 





The above average (Jan-Feb-Mar 2019) rainfall forecast indicates that Madang Province will experience <b>Above Normal (AN)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day), thus, inducing high probability of <b><i><u>occasional flooding events</u></i></b> within the duration of the 3-months forecast period. <br><br>

Coastal areas of East Sepik Province will be experiencing <b>Above Normal (AN)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day) with <b><i><u>chances of occasional flooding events</u></i></b> within the duration of the 3-months forecast period. <br>
However, highland areas of East Sepik which are close to Telefomin and the shared border with Enga will experience <b>Normal (N)</b> daily rainfall (mm/day). <br><br>
